i found the staff helpful, especially with quick check-in processes. the location was convenient, close to the metro station, about a 10-minute walk. nearby, there was a supermarket , made grabbing essentials easy. i appreciated that the hotel offered basement parking.
the lobby had a noticeable smoke smell upon entry which i found a little off-putting. the wi-fi in my room on the seventh floor was very unstable. the air conditioning felt warmer than the set temperature of 18 degrees.

The hotel was well-kept. Basement parking offered convenient access. I found AMAZING views of the skyline from my room. The room AC worked very well. I am grateful for the smooth procedures for both arrival and departure.

The location provides convenient access to various tourist spots. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, and Meena Bazaar are each only 10-15 minutes away by taxi.

i loved the friendly receptionist! mr tahidul was so approachable and helpful! the housekeeping team was also very attentive!
the lobby smelled like smoke as soon as i entered! i think improving the air quality in that area would make a big difference for first impressions!

The housekeeping staff were very helpful! i want to thank rabby and his supervisor, hemraj, for their great service. Ms lee at the front office was super friendly and really helped.

The basement parking was convenient, and i found a fragrance shop, atm, and two pubs right in the lobby. There are different areas to relax in, which i enjoyed a lot with my family!
